ASAC is a part of a growing network of parents & health professionals who believe that childbirth is a normal & healthy part of life, of special significance to the pregnant woman & her family. Spinning Babies leads women through activities in pregnancy to prepare for a straightforward, easier birth. It includes natural ways to help your breech baby turn head down, techniques to help your head down baby get anterior, flexed, and into your pelvis, create more room in your pelvis and make labor easier for you.


Providing information about vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC) to women and their families. To provide emotional support to women and their partners who are planning a VBAC.


PPDA is a registered Non-profit Organization devoted to raising awareness & resources for Postpartum Depression & Perinatal Mood Disorders across Canada, and helping individuals & families get the support they need.
